Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, investor reporting, and complex investment structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund and corporate accounting, including financial close, reconciliations, and financial statement prep.
• Manage investor reporting, performance reporting, distributions, and other fund deliverables.
• Monitor complex credit investment transactions, income recognition, financing arrangements, and portfolio activity.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, admins, and legal partners to support compliance and reporting.
