Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in commercial credit analysis, structuring, underwriting and risk.
• Experience in specialized lines of business and complex credit agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex credit structuring and underwriting to balance risk and business needs.
• Monitor portfolio risk and identify industry/economic factors affecting credit quality.
• Engage with sales, leadership, and legal teams for negotiations and deal execution.
