You will shape underwriting criteria, monitor portfolio performance, and build early-warning signals to mitigate losses. This is a senior individual contributor role, with no people management today.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of analytics experience in credit risk or related field.
• Strong SQL skills and data validation abilities.
• Proficiency in Python for analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate external data foundations (bureau, banking, open finance).
• Develop underwriting criteria and credit limit strategies.
• Create dashboards and monitoring to track portfolio health.
• Design risk models and automated credit decisioning processes.
