Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience, some coverage or knowledge of Utilities & Midstream sectors a plus.
• Capital markets and/or credit analysis experience a plus.
• Excel and Word proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to switch between multiple projects as priorities change.
• Team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of key quantitative and qualitative factors influencing credit quality of companies in the Utilities and Midstream sectors.
• Develop and maintaining comprehensive financial models.
• Conduct meetings with industry management teams.
• Present analysis of companies to internal credit rating committees.
• Involvement in communicating rating rationale to external audiences (investors, analysts, media).
• Write timely and effective research on topical issues.
• Participate in evaluation of other credits within Corporates and related groups.
• Represent Fitch in panel discussions and conferences.
