Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a managed care role, centralized credentialing office or related health care environment.
• Knowledge of health plan credentialing, enrollment, and requirements.
• Knowledge of CAQH application.
• Ability to work within a deadline‑intense environment.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry- 5% of time.
• Initial credentialing or recredentialing per NCQA.
• Health plan submission (delegated, non‑delegated).
• UCC credentialing.
• Other duties as assigned.
