Job summary

UNC Health is seeking a detail-oriented credentialing professional to join our Credentialing Team in Morrisville, NC. This role focuses on completing payer enrollment and facility appointments, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate provider records.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with CAQH and CredentialStream, as well as Word and Excel. The position is hybrid with standard 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete payer enrollment and facility appointment applications.
• Track application progress and maintain provider records in credentialing software.
• Manage credentialing files and provide administrative support for special projects.
• Assist training and support end users on data collection and reporting.
• Liaise with providers, internal teams and external vendors as needed.
