Job summary

Planned Systems International (PSI) seeks a Senior Credentialing Specialist to support a DoD credentialing program. You will verify licensure, perform PSV, and manage high‑volume credentialing workflows with audit-ready files.

You will collaborate with applicants, medical staff, and the Security & Credentialing Office to ensure regulatory compliance, timely processing, and accurate documentation across providers including physicians and allied health professionals.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in medical credentialing with PSV and databank queries.
• Two+ years credentialing with the DoD.
• Ability to interface with military medical staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage verification for healthcare professionals including licensure checks.
• Perform Primary Source Verification (PSV).
• Assemble qualification packages for review.
• Coordinate with Security & Credentialing Office and applicants.
• Ensure DHA policies and standards compliance.
• Maintain audit-ready credentialing files.
• Email notification letters with results to applicants.
