Job summary

Planned Systems International (PSI) is seeking a Senior Credentialing Specialist to support a mission-critical credentialing program in the United States. You will verify licensure, perform PSV, and manage high-volume credentialing workflows for healthcare professionals.

Collaborating with applicants, medical staff, and DHA/DoD stakeholders, you will maintain audit-ready files, assemble qualification packages, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of medical credentialing experience, including licensure verification and databank queries.
• Experience with DoD credentialing processes and policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage high-volume workloads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee verification process for healthcare professionals including licensure and PSV.
• Assemble qualification packages for Customer's Security & Credentialing Office.
• Manage timelines, expectations, and audit-ready credentialing files.
• Perform Primary Source Verification and respond to inquiries from applicants.
• Provide supervision to support staff in processing applications.
• Ensure compliance with DHA policies and standards.
