Aufgaben

• Design intuitive and engaging experiences for TikTok's professionally generated content (PGC) platform, aimed at a global user base.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX researchers, writers, and engineers, to bring product ideas to life.
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle—from conceptualization to final pixel-perfect execution—ensuring design excellence at every stage.
• Rapidly prototype new ideas, design user flows informed by data and user research, gather feedback from stakeholders, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality experiences.
• Continuously refine and improve the overall product experience, taking ownership of usability, consistency, and user satisfaction.
