Job summary
Connexity, a Taboola company, is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager of Creator Acquisition to lead the growth of high-performing creators on ShopYourLikes.
You will identify, engage, and recruit performance-driven creators who generate real commerce through affiliate partnerships, building authentic relationships for long-term partnerships. The role requires 8+ years in the creator economy, proven sales instincts, and the ability to manage a pipeline.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce.
- Proven sales and business development instincts with experience closing partnerships and driving pipeline.
- Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators.
- Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models.
- Deep understanding of the creator landscape and relevant events.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline with sourcing, outreach and tracking.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a pipeline of high-value creators for ShopYourLikes.
- Develop compelling offers to win creator partnerships.
- Position ShopYourLikes as the platform that maximizes creator earnings.
- Recruit creators hands-on and scale a creator acquisition engine over time.
