Job summary

The Senior Creative Strategist at Linqia will act as a trusted creative expert within the Creative Strategy team, elevating innovation and the quality of client proposals and campaigns. You will mentor junior team members and lead the ideation and design of influencer-driven campaigns that align with client goals.

• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Strong ability to ideate influencer campaigns.
• Proven track record leading proposals and decks.
• Proficient in Canva and visual storytelling.
• Excellent copywriting for social content.

Responsibilities

• Ideate insight-driven creator campaign ideas for clients.
• Lead the creation of new business proposals.
• Design Canva slides for proposals and proactive decks.
• Create social media mocks, including image edits and copywriting.
• Craft creator briefs, source music, and mood boards.
• Provide creators with feedback to improve scripts and concepts.
• Monitor social media trends to inspire client campaigns.
