Day One Agency in Portland seeks a Senior Creative Strategist to direct and deliver strategic work across multiple accounts. The role requires turning consumer insights into integrated strategies and collaborating across teams to activate across media, social, and digital channels.

The successful candidate will balance efficiency with inspiration in briefs and work closely with Strategy and Story leads on GTM models, social platforms, and campaign ideation. Hybrid work in Portland is required.

• Ability to translate consumer insights into integrated strategies.
• Background working on digital campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver strategic work across multiple accounts.
• Make complex ideas simple and drive integration across media and consumer channels.
• Uncover insights and bridge stories from brands to consumers.
• Collaborate with Brand and Strategy teams to build social philosophy, channel approaches, and GTM models.
• Partner with agency leads to integrate storytelling into initiatives.
• Provide input on content strategy and creative execution with senior leads.
• Support clients' creative executions and maintain a collaborative team culture.
• Bring fresh thinking and a team-first mindset to projects.
