The Home Depot in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Analyst, Creative Solutions to advance the creative innovation agenda through technology enablement, automation, and data-driven insights. You will identify, implement, and optimize tools and workflows that boost creative efficiency, quality, and scalability across channels, bridging creative execution with technical capability.

In this role you’ll support the development of campaign assets and brand look, while arming the Creative Marketing team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, or marketing digital production.
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, automation tools, and DAM systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Creative Governance: Document best practices and maintain process libraries for knowledge sharing and consistency.
• Data & Performance Insights: Collect, analyze, and visualize data from creative systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Partner with creative, production, and marketing teams to introduce scalable templates, toolkits, and standards.
• Technology Enablement & Platform Optimization: Support implementation and maintenance of creative technology platforms (e.g., Workfront, AEM, DAM); serve as a resource for tool usage and training.
• Training and Development: Assist in training new team members, agencies, or vendors on Creative Solutions tools and workflows.
