Job summary

Monks is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage the creative production process for digital web assets, video, and email. You will be the main point of contact with cross-functional teams and clients, keeping projects on track and updating status regularly.

This role requires 6+ years in project management, experience with creatives and clients, and excellence in communication and organization to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a project management role with creatives and clients.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced advertising/creative agency environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client projects from brief to delivery.
• Coordinate with senior account leads, creatives, and clients.
• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications.
• Ensure quality and on-time delivery of assets across multiple programs.
• Track project hours and costs; manage bandwidth and resource planning.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Improve internal processes and cross-agency collaboration for efficiency.
• Oversee and drive special projects as needed.
