Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for our core D2C subscription product in the consumer AI category. You will manage the full concept-to-performance loop, generating angles, driving production volume, and running structured tests.

Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever, driving CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS alongside the User Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products.
• Experience shipping and live-testing multiple concepts weekly.
• Deep working knowledge of major ad networks (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools.
• Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it.
• Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc tests.
• Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results.
• You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins.
• Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just asset delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative angle strategy and develop concept formats (demo-led, UGC, statics, AI formats).
• Translate product features into scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences.
• Build and maintain a library of proven angles, hooks, and patterns.
• Own the creative pipeline across ad networks and ship weekly concepts.
• Structure A/B testing frameworks and analyze results to draw conclusions.
• Produce clear briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts.
• Own creative-level metrics and generate testable hypotheses from data.
• Deliver structured creative performance reviews with actionable recommendations.
• Run systematic competitor research across ad libraries and intelligence tools.
