Job summary

Ruby Labs is seeking a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for a core D2C subscription product in the consumer AI space. You will lead concept-to-performance loops, generate angles, drive production volume, run structured tests, and translate data into winning concepts.

You will be accountable for CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS alongside the UA team. This high-impact role requires shipping multiple concepts weekly, building repeatable processes, and collaborating

Qualifications

• 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
• High-volume output with multiple concepts weekly
• Deep knowledge of major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
• Fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools
• Ability to read creative-level performance data independently without an analyst
• Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc tests
• Strong portfolio with verifiable performance results (include CV and portfolio)

Responsibilities

• Own the creative angle strategy and test next hooks, pains, and value props
• Ship new concepts weekly across networks and manage production velocity
• Lead structured A/B testing, isolate variables, and derive conclusions
• Produce clear briefs for designers and collaborate with UA Managers on briefs
