Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a content producer in a media production environment.
• Experience in financial services or business media is preferred.
• Deep platform expertise with a social-first mindset and engagement understanding.

Responsabilités

• Develop new video formats and creative treatments for thought leadership, events, and brand moments.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Guide projects from ideation through production and distribution, solo or with a team.
• Manage multiple video projects under tight timelines, including weekend coverage when needed.
• Interface with high-profile guests and senior stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to field crews, editors, and animators.
• Partner with Social Media to refine assets for engagement and performance.
• Stay current with best practices in digital video.
