Job summary

Gymshark is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to lead end-to-end creative projects and studio shoots, driving delivery from brief to final output in a fast-paced, collaborative Creative Studio. You will own timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications while coordinating resources and assets across production pipelines.

You will manage studio shoots, mentor Junior and Midweight Producers, and partner with brand and product teams to align on creative goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Producer or Senior Producer in a creative or fashion studio.
• Strong track record delivering studio shoots and campaign production.
• Solid understanding of project and asset management tools (Wrike, Asana, Adobe).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers and production costs.
• Calm, proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.

OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Producer to help deliver world-class creative content at scale, bringing our brand and products to life. You’ll play a key role in leading projects across campaign production and studio shoots, ensuring seamless delivery from brief to final output.
Working at the heart of our Creative Studio, you’ll bring structure, clarity and confidence to every project.This role is perfect for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves making great work happen.

This position is a 10-months FTC

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
