Dow Jones & Company seeks a Senior Brand Operations Leader to strengthen collaboration with the business by designing and improving Brand's operating model, processes and governance. This role will partner with Ops leadership to identify gaps and translate insights into practical processes, RACI, and enablement across teams.

You will help evolve Brand's capabilities, drive efficiency, and enable faster, smarter decisions across campaigns, events, sponsorships, and go-to-market initiatives.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in creative operations, production operations, workforce planning, or a related function.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to design and optimize operating models, workflows, and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Partner on discovery with business units to understand needs and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain RACI, decision rights, and engagement models.
• Map current-state workflows and design improved future-state processes.
• Identify friction and handoffs across the creative lifecycle.
• Evaluate tools and technology to improve Brand workflows.
