• Translate complex ideas into clear, accessible design solutions informed by research and objectives.
• Manage creative projects from concept to completion, including timelines, approvals, and budget considerations.
• Serve as primary creative contact for internal clients and cross‑functional teams, guiding executives through processes.
• Manage the creative team and external resources, providing direction and performance feedback.
• Ensure organization of marketing materials, catalogs, and vendor coordination.
