• 5+ years of experience in a B2C design role, with brand identity and campaign work.
• Proven ability to develop original concepts and provide design leadership.
• Strong command of digital ad formats and performance-focused creative.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the visual standard for Brand & Strategy outputs.
• Provide clear creative direction to designers and interns.
• Review all campaigns, branding materials, social content, and event assets.
• Lead creative briefs with references, ideas, and a point of view.
• Push for inspiring briefs and elevate team output across channels.
