Job summary

Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking an Assistant/Associate Director of Creative Design to elevate branding across multiple sports, including Men’s Basketball and Women’s Ice Hockey. You will create high‑level designs for social media, web, print and facilities, and mentor student interns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted

Responsibilities

• Design original and creative designs for social media, web, print and facilities to fulfill design needs of Strategic Communications, Marketing, Compliance, Ticketing, etc.
• Expedite, organize, and track a large and varying workflow with multiple deadlines for internal and external clients.
• Archive and organize files, projects and art; fulfill multiple requests; assist in editing digital photography.
• Assist in planning and execution of photo shoots.
