Job summary

The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a dynamic Assistant/Associate Director of Creative Design to elevate the brand for Penn State Athletics across men’s basketball, hockey, lacrosse, and other sports. You will design for social, web, print, and facilities while managing multiple deadlines and client requests.

The role requires strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, in-game/studio photography capabilities, and experience supervising student interns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design or related field.
• Experience designing for multiple formats (social, web, print, signage).

Responsibilities

• Create high‑level designs elevating brand and athlete profiles.
• Produce graphics for social, web, print, and facilities.
• Expand and manage a workflow with multiple deadlines for internal and external clients.
• Assist in photography editing and planning/executing shoots.
