Responsibilities

• Adapt layouts for websites, paid media, social media, print, and other channels.
• Conduct kickoff meetings to understand requirements and align on creative direction.
• Present concepts and final deliverables for brand reviews and upload assets to DAM.
• Support localization of video and graphic content for regional markets.
• Manage creative projects from concept through completion with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline creative workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve efficiency.

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Senior Creative Designer. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX(Hybrid).

Pay Range: $50 - $57/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to uphold brand guidelines and visual identity across creative projects.
• Design and develop creative assets, including logos, banners, videos, motion graphics, in-store displays, and print materials.
• Adapt creative layouts and assets for websites, paid media, social media, print, and other marketing channels.
• Conduct project kickoff and discovery meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential issues, and align on creative direction.
• Present design concepts and final deliverables for brand review and upload completed assets to digital asset management (DAM) platforms.
• Support the localization of video and graphic content for regional and international markets.
• Manage creative projects from concept through completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline creative workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve efficiency

Key Requirements and Technology Experience
