A leading creative consultancy is seeking a talented Visual Design contractor in Houston, TX. This role focuses on creating captivating visual experiences and narratives in computing and gaming while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates have exceptional visual communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in design tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop. This position requires working on-site for 3 days a week with the opportunity for 2 days remote.

Full‑time hourly position in Spring, TX, requires 3 days on‑site (2 days remote).

Are you a talented creative with exceptional visual communication skills, a passion for storytelling, and great imagination for the Unknown? We are looking for an innovative Visual Design contractor to join our team!

Deliverables

• Presentation layout and formatting (PPT)
• Logos for software applications
• On‑product icons/logos
• Moodboards of conceptual explorations
• Posters
• Product Narrative development
• Social media content
• Events: slide design, posters, large format prints

You will conceptualize and develop next‑generation, stunning visuals and narratives as related to computing, gaming, extended reality, new category creation, and sustainability. You will collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team of designers, project managers, and researchers to ensure alignment across our products and portfolio.

You will translate design intent and narrative into cohesive, comprehensive, compelling, and clean visual experiences. Your expertise in aesthetics, user experience, and branding will wow the audience and leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Explore and develop next‑generation presentation visuals and best practices.
• Research trends and create applicable mood boards.
• Manage a workload of multiple programs at different stages of development.
