Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer with a proven track record in SaaS, technology, or digital-first industries and experience in the U.S. market. This role is highly hands-on, combining graphic design, video, motion graphics, and AI tools to deliver polished, high-impact creative assets.
As a core member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to produce design that supports ambitious growth goals. This is a remote, full-time employee role for someone creative, self-sufficient, and curious—ready to push design boundaries while driving measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, pitch decks, eBooks, infographics, case studies, and one-pagers.
- Create printed materials, including trade show collateral, product sheets, signage, and direct mail pieces.
- Develop digital assets for social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Create professional videos and motion graphics for campaigns, explainers, and social content.
- Use AI tools (MidJourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT, DALL·E, or similar) to generate images, videos, and concepts at scale.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure brand consistency and support go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Contribute creatively to campaigns, bringing new ideas, design trends, and innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, brand elevation, and cross-medium execution.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong point of view on visual storytelling, typography, and brand identity.
- Familiarity or experience using AI-powered design tools (Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, MidJourney, DALL·E, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects or similar).
- Video editing and animation capabilities for social and marketing use cases.
- A keen eye for detail and an obsession with clean, user-centered design.
- Self-directed, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-moving environments.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Agency experience is a plus, showing versatility across multiple brands and fast-paced environments.
