Job summary

Access is seeking a Senior Creative Associate in the Nashville area to join the Creative Team. Hybrid work (in-office 2–3 days/week) will be required. You will contribute to strategic proposals, develop sales collateral, and manage supplier relationships to drive successful programs.

You will build dashboards, refine SOWs, and collaborate with Creative Managers and Sales to align pricing with proposal goals while staying responsive to client needs and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a DMC or related field.
• Proven problem-solving and initiative.
• Ability to independently manage smaller-scale proposal development.
• Meeting or exceeding gross profit targets on programs.

Responsibilities

• Apply creative tools to enhance visual storytelling and support proposals.
• Lead smaller-scale proposals and collaborate on larger programs with Creative Managers.
• Develop SOWs, vendor negotiations, and budget-conscious pricing decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track vendor activity and project progress in Salesforce.
