Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• At least 3 years of job-related experience
• Outstanding project management and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Investment Real Estate lending and banking practices
• Ability to travel occasionally and adapt to regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, monitor, and analyze assigned Investment Real Estate portfolio with focus on risk and accuracy
• Lead complex transactions including construction loans and multi-structure financing
• Monitor KPIs/KRIs and ensure portfolio stays within targets
• Support Commercial Relationship Managers in client relationships and credit credibility
• Ensure regulator and internal audit requirements are met and understand policy exceptions
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to group-wide process improvements
• Present credit actions in written analyses and in committees as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance risk management and underwriting depth
• Uphold FNB's risk management program and regulatory compliance at all times
