Qualifications

• CRE underwriting across multiple property types including cash flow and covenants.
• Ability to author credit memoranda and present risks to committees.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills translating diligence into credit narratives.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new originations and portfolios for CRE asset classes.
• Analyze borrower financials, cash flows, collateral, sponsor strength, and market conditions.
• Prepare clear credit analyses and supporting documentation.
• Assist with annual credit reviews for clients with multiple properties.
• Collaborate with Credit Approvers and risk partners; participate in client meetings.
