Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 7+ years in commercial loan closing or loan administration
• Experience handling complex CRE loan closings, due diligence, and documentation
• Strong problem-solving, risk awareness, and regulatory compliance skills
• Proven ability to lead deal teams, collaborate with lenders, counsel, and internal partners

Responsibilities

• Oversee full CRE loan closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Provide leadership to deal teams and coordinate with outside counsel and third parties
• Review closing documents, due diligence items, and book loans in the system of record
• Mitigate exceptions, resolve post-closing items, and ensure policy alignment
• Mentor junior closers and identify process improvements
• Maintain high standards of documentation quality and compliance
