Qualifications

• 6–12 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, acquisitions, investment management, or institutional real estate investing.
• Demonstrated experience leading the underwriting and execution of commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of property-level underwriting, portfolio analysis, market fundamentals, debt financing, and joint venture structures.
• Proven ability to independently lead transactions and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Established industry relationships and a history of generating actionable investment opportunities.
• Experience presenting investment recommendations to senior investment committees and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investment Sourcing & Origination: Identify, source, and evaluate new opportunities across property sectors, markets, and capital structures.
• Underwriting & Investment Analysis: Lead underwriting and valuation analyses, build and review financial models, assess scenarios.
• Transaction Execution: Lead all phases from screening to closing, coordinate due diligence, negotiate documents.
• Portfolio & Asset Management: Oversee investments, work with asset managers on business plans and performance.
• Investment Committee & Strategic Leadership: Prepare memos and present opportunities to senior management and committees.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior professionals and review underwriting materials.
