Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage 6–8 deals simultaneously in the underwriting pipeline.
• Review credit approval memos and financial models before submission.
• Analyze operating statements, rent rolls, and lease agreements.
• Identify risks and structure solutions to mitigate concerns.
• Assist with deal presentations at credit committee.
• Support loan securitization processes.
• Conduct property site inspections.
• Order and review third-party reports.
