Qualifications

• 4+ years of recent experience in property management accounting, preferably in a fee-managed environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports for assigned properties.
• Ensure accurate posting of accrual and cash journal entries.
• Collaborate with property managers on the preparation of annual budgets.
