Crane 1 Services is seeking experienced Service Technicians to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cranes, lifting equipment, and industrial machinery. Strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills are essential for diagnosing issues in the field and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing cranes, heavy equipment, or similar electromechanical systems.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience including motor controls, 480V systems, VFDs, and industrial controls.
• Hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Mechanical repair and diagnostic skills.
• Understanding of OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for customer calls.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on cranes, hoists, lifting equipment, and industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot motor controls, VFDs, AC/DC systems, hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, and related components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Document equipment conditions and provide repair and safety recommendations to customers.
• Complete service reports and inspection documentation accurately.
• Work safely at heights and in industrial or construction environments.
