Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking an experienced heavy equipment operator in Raleigh, NC to drive and control large construction machinery for road and infrastructure projects. You will perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and coordinate machine actions with the crew to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Minimum 5 years of construction equipment experience is required, along with NCCCO Crane Operators certification and lattice boom/large hydraulic endorsements.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years experience with construction equipment.
• NCCCO Crane Operators certification required.
• Lattice boom and large hydraulic endorsements.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive, maneuver, or control heavy machinery used to construct roads and other structures.
• Cleans and maintains equipment, performing basic repairs as necessary.
• Operates levers, pedals, or valves to control equipment and drives equipment.
• Coordinates machine actions with crew using hand or audio signals.
• Adheres to Company values and strategic plan; performs assignments as directed by management.
