Job summary

Bay Ltd. is seeking an experienced Crane Operator Heavy1 to operate mobile or stationary cranes, lift and move loads, and ensure safe transfer of heavy objects across worksites. This role supports Swing Cab (TLL) and Fixed Cab (TSS) operations and requires adherence to lift plans and safety protocols.

Qualified candidates will have 15+ years in related fields, a valid state heavy equipment license, and NCCCO certification. Drug tests and background checks are part of pre-employment assessments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in related field.
• Valid state license to operate heavy equipment.
• Possess a current NCCCO or equivalent crane operator certification.
• Ability to pass pre-employment qualifications such as drug test, background check, and/or fit-for-duty test

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of cranes including mobile and stationary models.
• Follow lift plans and ensure load safety and configuration per plan.
• Inspect load and area for hazards and maintain safe operation per FMCSA guidelines.
• Direct riggers and supervision via hand signals or verbal instructions.
• Perform routine maintenance and pre/post-trip crane inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
