Qualifications

• NCCCO LAT/TLL/TWR certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in all phases of commercial construction.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willing to work within a 50 mile radius.
• Able to work in varied seasonal and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic, lattice boom or tower cranes.
• Operate other equipment including backhoes, excavators and skids.
• Move formwork, lumber, resteel and materials manually.
• Place concrete from trucks, pumps or buckets.
• Use demolition tools such as jack hammers and air tools.
• Inspect crane for unsafe conditions and report issues.
• Support laborer or carpenter tasks as needed.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.
