Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to manage investigator sites, monitor trial conduct, and lead close-out activities in accordance with GCP and sponsor standards. You will ensure patient safety and data quality while maintaining strong site relationships and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2+ years of site monitoring experience, fluency in English, and the ability to travel 60–80%.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of site monitoring experience in clinical research.
• Fluency in English and local language(s) where work occurs.
• Ability to travel 60–80% to investigator sites.
• Valid driver’s license and passport are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical trials are conducted per SMP, laws, GCP, and sponsor standards to meet quality and timelines.
• Manage site activation through database lock and ensure deliverables are met.
• Serve as primary contact for investigator sites and coordinate with SCP and study team.
• Facilitate information flow between site staff, vendors, and study team.
• Provide protocol training and address site-related operational risks.
