Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to oversee site management, monitoring, and close-out of investigator sites for multiple trials. You will ensure patient safety, data integrity, and adherence to GCP, applicable laws, and sponsor standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Site Care Partner, monitoring site performance, and supporting enrollment and site startup activities. Travel up to 60–80% and fluency in English are required as you engage with diverse sites

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory requirements (GCP/ICH, FDA).
• Experience in site monitoring and management across trial sites.
• Must be fluent in English and the local language(s) where you work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper conduct of clinical trials per SMP, laws, GCP, and sponsor standards to meet timelines and quality.
• Manage operational aspects for trial activities at investigator sites from activation to database lock with quality deliverables.
• Serve as primary contact for investigator sites; coordinate with SCP to ensure site delivery quality.
