Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. in Rahway, NJ is seeking a seasoned CRA/monitoring professional to oversee performance and compliance for assigned protocols and sites, ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

You will act as the primary site contact and site manager, develop strong site relationships, and participate in expansion of site networks across the country. Travel up to 75% and mentorship of junior CRAs are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish speaking skills required.
• Associate’s degree, certificate or equivalent with at least 7 years in healthcare, including 4 years direct site management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (or above) with at least 4 years direct site management experience in bio/pharma/CRO.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong site relationships across all trial phases.
• Performs site management/monitoring per ICH-GCP and SOPs.
• Manages regulatory documentation for study start-up and maintenance.
• Coordinates with sponsor roles to achieve Site Ready.
• Performs remote and on-site monitoring and ensures data integrity and patient safety.
• Mentors junior CRAs and supports audit/inspection activities.
