Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate for a remote, home-based role supporting East Coast sites. You will monitor psychiatric trials, lead site management, and partner with sponsors to ensure data quality and patient safety from study start-up through closeout.

The position requires 5+ years of regional traveling CRA experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and willingness to travel 8–10 days per month within the East Coast region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Nursing Degree; 5+ years as regional traveling CRA.
• Experience monitoring Psychiatric clinical trials.
• Willingness to travel within the East Coast region; 8–10 days per month.
• Experience in full-service monitoring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical research activities at investigative sites in Worldwide studies.
• Identify and assess potential research sites for study execution.
• Coordinate start-up activities including regulatory docs and contract support.
• Conduct monitoring visits: PSSVs, SIVs, IMVs, COVs.
• Train site personnel on protocol requirements and data collection.
• Ensure compliance with informed consent requirements, safety reporting obligations, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with sites and study teams to drive data quality, participant safety, and overall study success.
• Support site closeout activities at study end.
