Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Psychiatry) to monitor sites across the East Coast from a home-based position. You will lead site qualifications, initiate, monitor, and closeout visits, ensuring data quality and patient safety in psychiatric trials.

The role requires 5+ years as a traveling CRA with a Bachelor’s or Nursing degree, and travel within the region of 8–10 days per month. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Nursing degree with 5+ years as a regional traveling CRA.
• Experience monitoring Psychiatric clinical trials.
• Willingness to travel 8–10 days per month within East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRA activities at investigative sites participating in Worldwide trials.
• Identify and assess potential sites to support study execution.
• Coordinate start-up activities and regulatory documentation.
• Conduct monitoring visits: PSSVs, SIVs, IMVs, COVs.
• Train site personnel on protocol, data collection, safety reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data quality throughout the trial lifecycle.
