Job summary

REV Clinical is seeking a CRA/Sr. CRA for contract-to-perm engagement in the United States. The role focuses on overseeing early and mid-phase trials, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have oncology experience, strong ICH-GCP knowledge, and the ability to travel extensively across the US to sites and investigators. Remote work options are available within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical monitoring experience.
• Oncology experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and Australian regulations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits across the United States.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, protocols, and SOPs.
• Develop strong relationships with investigators and site personnel.
• Monitor patient safety, data quality, and protocol compliance.
• Support enrollment and site performance initiatives.
• Prepare monitoring reports within required timelines.
• Support audits and inspections.
• Mentor junior CRAs as appropriate.
