Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in Texas (Remote) is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage oncology and rare disease trials across the United States. You will monitor sites, support regulatory processes, and ensure data quality while working remotely with regional travel as needed.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a CRA, a 4-year degree or nursing degree, and proven oncology/rare disease experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 4-year university degree OR Nursing Degree.
• Experience in Oncology and Rare Disease is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) and monitor ongoing trials.
• Coordinate regulatory documents and site training; support contract and budget negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with informed consent, adverse event reporting, and regulations.
• Work remotely with occasional travel as needed.
