Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior CRA for a home-based role supporting East Coast sites. You will oversee site qualification, monitoring and data quality while traveling regionally 8–10 days per month.

The position emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance and collaboration with global teams. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Nursing degree with 5+ years as a CRA, and have experience in Oncology trials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a regional, traveling Clinical Research Associate.
• Experience monitoring Oncology studies.
• Willingness to travel 8–10 days per month.
• Experience in full‑service monitoring preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, site management and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical research activities at investigative sites participating in Worldwide clinical studies.
• Identify and assess potential research sites to support successful study execution.
• Coordinate study start-up activities, including collection of regulatory documentation and support of contract and budget processes.
• Conduct monitoring visits (PSSVs, SIVs, IMVs, COVs).
• Train site personnel on protocol requirements and data collection procedures.
• Monitor site performance and provide ongoing support throughout study maintenance.
• Ensure informed consent, safety reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with sites and study teams to drive data quality and participant safety.
• Support site closeout activities and ensure study requirements are completed.
