Job summary

Fortrea is seeking Ophthalmology or Oncology Sr. CRAs with 4+ years of clinical monitoring experience, located in the Northeast region. The role involves hands-on site monitoring, trial management, and ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.

Travel will be 30-50% domestically, with opportunities to contribute to site management, SAEs, and data integrity while collaborating closely with study teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• University or college degree, or certification in a related allied health profession.
• 5+ years of Clinical Monitoring experience.
• Oncology experience, early phase preferred.
• 30-50% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor study sites including routine monitoring and close-out of sites, maintenance of study files, pre-study and initiation visits, liaise with vendors.
• Manage site activities as prescribed in project plans and perform general on-site monitoring.
• Ensure proper informed consent procedures and protocol adherence.
• Verify data integrity on CRFs and other data collection tools.
• Undertake feasibility work and assist with training of new staff (co-monitoring).
• Coordinate designated clinical projects as Local Project Coordinator and serve as local client contact where assigned.
