Job summary

Waters is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) to oversee site monitoring and study execution across multiple clinical programs. You will ensure GCP compliance, regulatory adherence, and high-quality documentation while supporting junior CRAs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment within regulated, high-volume testing settings.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of clinical trial operations and monitoring practices.
• Experience as a CRA in medical device/pharma settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP, FDA CFR, ISO, and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Study & site management including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out.
• Prepare SDR/SDV per plans and produce timely trip reports.
• Mentor junior CRAs and lead training efforts within the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and CROs; maintain study data in CTMS/CDMS.
