Job summary

Waters is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) to manage site monitoring and relations across multiple studies. You will ensure quality execution, adhere to GCP, regulatory standards, and company SOPs while guiding junior CRAs and supporting investigator sites.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or science field or higher.
• At least 3 years of field-based CRA experience in medical device or pharma.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, monitoring, data mgmt.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP, FDA CFR, ISO, and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CRA for assigned complex studies, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out (on-site, virtual, remote).
• Participate in site feasibility assessments and site selection processes.
• Ensure study conduct complies with protocol, regulatory requirements, IRB/EC and SOPs.
