Job summary

Alimentiv is a global CRO focused on GI therapies. We are seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate based in Croatia to oversee site monitoring across Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

You will ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, study protocols and local regulations while maintaining high-quality data and study delivery. You will work as a senior contributor, mentoring junior CRAs, supporting site performance and documentation throughout the study lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 4–6 years of clinical research experience, 7–9 years preferred.
• Strong site monitoring experience from start-up to close-out.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Phase I–IV trials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct onsite and remote monitoring across Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Ensure sites comply with protocols, ICH-GCP, SOPs and local regulations.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned sites; manage questions and deviations to resolution.
• Review trial data and source documents for accuracy and data integrity.
• Support site selection, activation and recruitment to meet milestones.
