Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to oversee site monitoring across Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia, coordinating qualification, initiation, and close-out visits both on-site and remotely.

You will review data for accuracy, ensure ICH-GCP compliance, and mentor junior CRAs while contributing to process improvements. The role includes education reimbursement, flexible summer hours, and a visiting program up to four weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field with 4–6 years of clinical research experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with EDC, IRT, eTMF, CTMS systems.
